Colusa County is ordered to cease-and-desist the use of pesticides

The Colusa County Abatement District are prohibited from using pesticides without a permit. The problem is, the pesticide used to spray adult mosquitoes does not have a permit (read the whole story here).

The technology and composition of Mosquito Genie™ could be put to use in situations like this.
